Explosion-proof Test Certification

Product Explosion-proof Safety Detection Service

Explosion-proof test certification is an important detection service to ensure the safe operation of equipment in explosive environments, covering various explosion-proof forms such as intrinsically safe, increased safety, and pressure containment.

Explosion-proof Certificate Inspection Process

1. About the documents and samples required for obtaining the explosion-proof certificate:

Written inspection contract (in triplicate), drawings related to explosion prevention (in duplicate), product enterprise standards/technical conditions (in duplicate), product user manual (in duplicate), original product factory test report, product quality assurance documents (if any, in duplicate), business license of the applying enterprise (in duplicate), product samples (in case of n-type or sealed type, 3-5 samples are required, and in case of sealed type, additional components before sealing must be provided); Three pieces of glass are required for transparent components; For the commissioned surface resistance test, a sample block of ≥ 150 × 60 × 3mm must be provided; special disassembly tools are required.

2. About the time required for certificate issuance:

The drawings and samples are complete and meet the standard requirements, without any special or complex tests, usually within two months.

3. About the fee for certificate issuance:

According to the product's explosion-proof sign, product complexity, size, whether there are any complex test items, and the representative model. For large-scale, complete products, series products, or products not listed in the center standard charge, the contract review procedure is executed, and the fee is determined through negotiation.
