The State Standardization Administration issued GB31241-2014《Safety Requirements for Portable Electronic Products Using Lithium-ion Batteries and Battery Packs》in 2015. This battery testing and certification standard is a mandatory standard for the safety of lithium-ion batteries in China and came into effect on August 1, 2015.

CQC Certification
In the process of using lithium-ion batteries in the market environment, more and more of them have undergone different tests, so the safety of product use is increasingly valued. Lithium ion batteries and battery pack products sold and used in China are required to undergo CQC certification. Although the certification method is CQC certification, it is basically mandatory certification, and the certification process is the same as CCC certification.
