High and Low Temperature Test

High Temperature Test

1.1 High Temperature Test Concept:

This test subjects the specimen to high-temperature air, but it is not exposed to direct sunlight. The high-temperature test is aimed at the storage or use of products in indoor or enclosed spaces during the high-temperature season, or in close proximity to heat sources such as engines. This test is only conducted when solar radiation testing cannot verify the high-temperature effect. The purpose of the high-temperature test is to verify the performance of storage or use in high-temperature environments. The purpose of the high-temperature test is to determine the adaptability of military and civilian equipment to storage and operation under normal temperature conditions.

1.2 High Temperature Test Reference Standards:

GB/T 2423.2,IEC 60068-2-2,EIA-364-17

Low Temperature Test

2.1 Low Temperature Test Concept:

This test is applicable to specimens that are likely to be used in a low-temperature environment throughout their lifecycle. The purpose of the low-temperature test is to verify whether the specimen can be stored, manipulated, and operated in a low-temperature environment for a long period. The purpose of the low-temperature test is to determine the adaptability of military and civilian equipment to storage and operation under low-temperature conditions.

2.2 Low Temperature Test Reference Standards:

GB/T 2423.1, IEC 60068-2-1,EIA-364-59
